I am very happy to say that now, along with my other dragons(beardies), I have a one month water dragon...this will be my first one!...I have bine reading and setting up the cage now for three months....This question is for anyone.....
Do you prefure real or fake plants...I have a 30gl octogon tank that is 4ft tall...what do you think would be best..right now I have real grass, two small palm like plants and a 3ft "jungle" log with a small "pond"....is this ok...or would my new adittion like more things?..I don't want to over do it

If you're using real plants now, thats fine. Eventually however you will likely find silk plants much easier to maintain. Your little dragon is likely to do a number on live plants. Congrats on your new dragon.

Thank you....yes Haiku has found that the plants are more fun than the log....especially as ambush for the crickets....lol
