EXCITING NEWS!!! MY FIRST EVER HATCHLINGS!!

pgross8245 Dec 20, 2004 11:15 AM

I came down to my office just now (where I have the incubator) and heard a funny sound, only to look and find two of the four eggs hatched!! These are my first babies to hatch, yellow ackies. Hopefully the other two will follow soon. The eggs were laid September 24, so they incubated 88 days. I am setting up a 10 gallon for them now. I will post pictures soon.

Congrats and now the fun begins. For me, its all about the babies, they are the joy to raise. Again, congrats, FR

Thanks to Frank and eveyone for the congrats. It IS all about the babies. It truly was a joy to see them. I got the biggest bang out of them this morning. I put the crickets in and wham, they were gone in seconds. For such tiny little guys, they sure could eat. I am looking forward to watching them grow.

Merry Christmas to All!

Pam
