Veiled chameleons like many other lizards can produce eggs regardless of being mated. The eggs will not be fertile, but she will need a place to lay them. She does look gravid to me. There are some really good info articles on veileds, gravidity, egg laying, etc. on this site:

Good luck!

what will i need for her to lay the eggs and will the eggs hatch?

Please read the articles on the site I gave you. Rather than trying to describe it all here (and maybe miss something) There are articles on all aspects of laying including how to set a place up. No, the eggs are NOT fertile if she did not mate, so won't hatch. No need to keep them.

Also read the posts over the last couple weeks as there has been much discussion on this topic as of late. The articles Carlton linked you to are great and after you have read them come with specific questions.

I will make three points:

1) The need for extra calcium during egg development is crucial so I hope you had a good dusting regimen or a high calcium feeder (such as silkworms).

2) Provide a laying tub soon so she has a place to lay when she is ready (don't try to second guess her - she knows what she is doing)

3) Get a digital scale and weight her every few days to keep a record. Even if you never mate her she will continue to develop eggs (possibly 2-3x per year) and a scale is a must.
