breeding flapnecks

I just bought a gravid flapneck chameleon and I have never bread anything before. does anyone know how to go about incubating or where she will lay the eggs.

There are some articles on breeding, laying, egg care etc. in past issues of the Chameleon E-zine at this site. They aren't specifically for flapnecks, but you should be able to use the suggestions anyway.

But, be very aware that she may not have had good care before you got her and there's a good chance she will have trouble as she gets close to laying or she may become eggbound.
