umm with the superworms at least..does the space between the eye thing apply? bc they just look like oversized mealworms to me...is that true or are these better? just wondering as im looking to put some variation in my little guys diet...not as a staple just a snack :D

Superworms aren't mealworms. They have much less chitin and are easier to digest. I don't like to feed them to babies but your juvie/adult should be able to take any size of them. They are meant to only be used as treats, they're kind of addictive and a bit on the fatty side.
Waxworms are about equivalent to a chocolate bar, almost all fat and little nutritional value. I like to throw my girls a few every now and then but use them very sparingly.
I've heard butterworms are alright but I've never used them myself so I won't comment too much on them.
