A very fine collection of photos!
Maybe you can help me with something. My photos always end up looking "fuzzy" when I post even though the originals are crystal clear. How do you resize them small enough to post yet still keep them crisp looking?
Since they start at well over 6.0MB I resize them which drops them down to around 1.5MB. I then save them at lowest quality which usually yields about 100 -150KB. Can you please explain how to properly downsize a photo?
Many thanks

I use Adobe photoshop to do my editing but have also used Photoimpact 8. Both of these programs pretty much do it the same way; that is, go to your image editing option, select "Image Size" select and image appropriate for web viewing (usually aroun 800x800 pixels plus or minus a 100 or so either way depending on the picture), select "save as" pick a new name (to preserve your original photo) and save at the highest quality setting. Of course you can add as much Sharpening that you want but do so after you have resized. Sharpening tries to blend the existing pixels and too much causes haloing around the darker pixels. Hope this helps..Merry Christmas..Jason

Thanks for taking the time to answer. I will have to continue messing around with Adobe to get the results I want.
Its a bummer having a camera that takes AMAZING photos and not being able to figure out how to share the quality with the other viewers.
Thanks again
