Is it possible to house a corn and texs rat in the same enclosure? I haven't heard of obseleta being ophidiophagus, but I figured I should probably ask some people who know before I do it.

It is possible, but not a very good idea. This discussion has been hashed to bits on these forums, with opinions on both sides, but your BEST bet will be to house ALL snakes in their own cages. Why? If one snake pukes...who was it? Which snake, therefore, gets fed next week and which one has to wait 10 days to let their digestive juices recuperate?
If one snake is ill...They both get ill.
Cohabitation can cause stress in your animals.
Texas rats will get much bigger than corns...guess which one will get stressed out more?
And so on. Duffy
