Ah, I can't believe people either, including my mate. The roaches (DH's) do not climb , fly, or get out in anyway unless taken out, BUT they freak when you tell them about them. LOL

I had emailed him and ran it by him, and he actaully called back to say, He did not care how many times I had to BUY adult CRICKETS to replenish my breeding /laying group, spend as much as I need to continue to breed as many as I need.

****BUT...... NO ROACHES are to come into the house or the lizards GO.... LMAO

Hes joking about that, or he GOES, hehehehhe but thats how dead set AGAINST me breeding roaches he is.

I don't get it, its a BUG for goodness sake. They should have NOT called them Roaches, thats what flips people out.

They associate them with german roaches, house roaches.

Oh well I just keep breeding crickets and buying more adults as I need them, HES PAYING , LOL

Thanks Bennet for the roach lesson, appreciate the knowledge

I've been doing some research on keeping and breeding either the DH's or discoids - as they are smaller than the DH's, but not by much from what I have read. I sent you an email Bennett. I hope you can help me get my roach collection set up!

Eve - sorry to hear the hubby isn't cooperating. That's too bad though, they are really facinating insects.

I would never want to let it be eaten, heehehehe ! The dang thing is cute ! LOL

Like silkies, my gosh I saw a pic of one actually standing up and looking at the person, that would be it for me.
If it looked at me, I would have to name him and keep it as a pet, LMAO

Really that roach face is pretty cute, the eyes!
