I am glad you liked my cage - thanks for your nice words!

I used cement for the rockbackground then I mixed peat-moss with the finish (varnish, enamel, lacquer?). The peat-moss made the finish less shiny and also a little "softer".

Your welcome, great cages deserve compliments. But I do have two more questions for you. What did you use to attach the styrofoam to the wood? And how much peat did you mix in the finish? Thanks a lot and keep up the good work.
