As far as scaling down pic, software like paintshop pro gives you that ability to scale down and so forth.

But I enjoyed your pic, Keep posting, especially when the babies start coming, heheheheh

when you upload the pictures onto your computer from your camera. try right clicking on the image. if there's an edit section click it. then search the toolbar on top and see if there's anything for stretch/skew or resize. many times when you put your cameras software on the computer it will automatically put in a basic editing program.
