I always see patternless southern pines but never northerns. Are they really rare or am I just not looking hard enough. Does anyone have any available, Pics?

In southern pines the patternless morph is well known as a naturally occuring morph. I have seen several patternless Northerns for sale at times in the last few years, but on each occasion when the owners were questioned it became apparent that the southern patternless gene had been introduced into the line to produce a desired effect, thereby making them useless to me personally by being man-made intergrades. Are there pure patternless Northerns out there on the market? I guess it is possible, but I doubt it. Then again who knows.
Good Luck,
