Cornsnake Feeding

beardiekid14 May 15, 2003 06:03 PM

I have a snow and an amel cornsnake. I fed my snow(a baby) 5 pinkies about 10-12 days ago and she has refused to eat since. I have been feeding my snakes heated up pinkies and they have been doing just fine. How should I get her feeding again?

Thanks,
Adam Hallquist

how long have you not fed him? if it still wont eat try cutting the head off of the pinky and/or put both of them in a deli cup. That should work.

I am not sure I read right.....Your snake ate 5 pinkies? How big is the snake and why not size up it's prey if it is taking that many? Please clarify. If indeed it did eat 5 of them I wouldn't blame it to take a bit of time to get hungry again.

by "heated up" pinkies.... you mean defrosted?

Could the snake be blue?
