Is it a continuous wheezing sound (does it happen with every breath) or is it occasional. It may just be she's hissing at you or you may have a respitory infection. Signs of a respiratory infection are: open mouthed breathing, wheezing or popping when the snake breaths, and/or clear fluid coming out of the snakes nostrils or mouth. But you'd need to provide more details to narrow it down.

Then I'd guess she's just hissing at you. If you see anything else that would indicate she may be ill like I described previously or loss of appetite, etc. take her in and have a vet look at her.
