What Substrate can i use for an egg laying box??

I have got vermiculite and also that expandable mud type of stuff from ZooMed just curious which would be better to use?Thanks Gilbery007

I've used vermiculite with success before. And I know a lot of people have used it as well. But, as long as the other bedding can hold moisture well, you could give it a shot.
