i was wondering if it is normal for toads to have hemmerroids because today i noticed one of my americans' had what i thought was feces stuck to it but when i put him in water it was red and looks like its coming from inside what should i do?

Your frog has a prolapse, which requires emergency veterinary care. Please review care sheets on the proper foods and feeding techniques for toads. In the meantime, I recommend keeping the frog on a wet paper towel substrate only, since the substrate you have it on can get stuck to the tissue involved in the prolapse.
