Website for geckos and other reptiles...

I was noticing that many of you on this forum have some really nice websites. And this may be slightly off topic and I apologize for that...but where did you go to get your web hosting done? For those of you with your own websites that are a full domain (not some lycos, geocities, etc.), what company did you use to host your domain and website?

I plan on starting up my own website fairly soon and I am considering several places to use as webhosts. I'm debating between godaddy.com, voxdomains.com, directnic.com and a couple of others. I've created my website mainly using MS FrontPage so I need a webhosting service that supports this. Any suggestions?

Just looking for the most reliable and supportive company for my website...please give me suggestions.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated!! Thank you very much and happy holidays to everyone!

hey,
I would go with powweb.(www.powweb.com) I have it and I like it a lot. they set you up with 1 gig of free space, mysql, (really important if you want to have forums and use php) and other stuff. the best part is its only $7.00 a month!

I have used hostsave (hostsave.com) based on the recommendations of a few friends at school. Runs 7.95 a month (if paid annually, 8.95 if paid monthly. Domain name registration for 8.95, free setup. Basically includes 1 gig of space, 100 gb transfer, 500 e-mail addresses, and it does have shared ssl, frontpage support, free statistics, ect.

Basically, it gave me more than I need and I' only used their customer service once by e-mail, and they did get back to me pretty quickly. Only downtime I've had was last year they had a dos attack and the site was sketchy for a day or two.

I dunno that's just my experience.
