Take a look at leoloverslizardlounge.com/mealworms.htm
Also, for a mealworm gut-load recipe, I used www.drgecko.com/insectdiet.htm
The breeder I just bought my Patternless from suggested T-Rex Cricket Diet ILF. I haven't checked it out yet but he said he leaves it right in the dish with the mealworms inside his tanks.

they wont eat much if anything when they're cold in the fridge. so what ever you choose to gut-load them with, take em out of the fridge and let em warm up for a day or couple days so they'll eat good.
Thanks for the replies guys. I searched google for some other forums and I read up on them a bit. And yeah, if they're 'chillin' in the 'fridge' they look practically dead.
