I just wanted to say hi to everyone. I recently purchased my first snake, an '04 Anery male. He's about 16 inches long and doing wonderfully. Hopefully I'll post pictures soon... sometime after Christmas. My boyfriend is getting a nice Canon Digital Elph as one of his gifts, so I plan on making use of it.
My only question is regarding shedding... how often do babies shed? As I said, my little guy is about 16 inches. Just curious.
If your juvie stays on a good feed schedule you can count on a shed once every 5 weeks maybe more.I have a juvie bairds that has shed twice this month alone.There are 2 things you can count on.Lots of poops and lots of sheds the first year...Paul
