The humidity in my python's aquarium is only at 50%. I was wondering how I could increase the humidity without drastically increasing the temperature.

position your water bowl over your heat source if you have belly heat. You can try to block off some of your vent holes one at a time to experiment.

Yep. There are three main ways to up the humidity.
1. Move water bowl closer to heat source.
2. Use a larger water bowl.
2. Plug some of the vent holes.
