Darn! Should have had my camera!!

Hi all, the other day I was concerned about my dragon and posted here.... odd behavior and sound.

well looks like he's ok.... eating again!
no odd gaping and burping.

when I took him to the vet for a checkup I set him in a bowl they have on the scale to get a wheight and *WOW* did he freak Out!!!

full threat display to the max!!

Darn If ida know I could have got a few pics!

I have no clue what it was that freaked him so much, the scale was clean.
I lowered him into the shallow bowl nice and easy...

????

he looked up at me and the tech with his body "Pankaked" out his beard a full extension, dark and black, his head was all puffed up, mouth wide open.... what a sight he was!!!

the tech said she had never seen a dragon display like that at the vet's office before and she was reaaly taken and spent a few minuets trying to calm him down
it wasn't her, he had seen her already .... it was the scale or rather Iguess something about the color/shape or some smell left on the scales ....

Just wanted you all to hear about the trip, fecal test results are not back yet... but every one there said he looked realy great I guess now I'll have to post some photos

Good that they said he looked good and sounds like he is doing good as well.

Did they have a ceiling fan there?

No fan there... and I have them at home so he as seen them.

and he has seen birds fly overhead when I take him out for sun...
much less of a reaction to blue jays at 5 feet then to this scale!

PS: we have Jays that are darn near tame, so they come very close
to get nuts from us, and they bring by the juvi/baby jays each year
