Frozen Mixed Veggies & Escarole?

Is that alrught to feed to a beardie? I want to use the same diet on my Uros as well as my beardies.

Well I don't see a problem with feeding those items. My beardies love both the thawed veggies and escarole (when I can get it). The problem would be using it as a staple. Many of the frozen veggies aren't bad for them, they're just not good for them in large quantities. I use a base of more of the darker leafy greens and mix the rest in. The variety seems to encourage more eating. I wouldn't think it would hurt to add collared greens and kale or any other good green to your other lizards diet either if you wnated them eating the same thing.
