how big??

i have an albino leopard gecko that is about 4 inches in lenght.. is it ok to put it in a 1 feet by half a feet tank??.. what is the minimum size tank do i need to put it in?.. what dimensions?(in inches please) thanks

Hi,

That is a little on the small side for an adult leo. That sounds like a 5 gallon tank, correct? He can stay in it for now but he will outgrow it by the end of his first year. The general minimum tank size is agreed to be a ten gallon, which is 10 inches by 20 inches. Hope this helps!

A 10 gallon tank is the minium size you can use for 1 leopard gecko.
