help with Symptoms

My 2 year old female is acting sickly....I think. She has been basking in her water dish for days and looks extremely dry, as if her scales are chapped. The only lamp on her is an ultra violet. Is she sick?

Without pics it's hard to say, but she sounds dehydrated. It could be nothing at all, and just a worried mom? Are her temps good? Humidity is very important also.

The aquarium as at 80, how do I change the humidity?

I added cypress mulch and lightly sprayed it down. Work great and helped out with her poor shed. Good luck.
