changing temperment

bradp_100 Dec 26, 2004 03:48 PM

As my anaconda has grown over the past 4 months, he has become more aggressive when eating as well as more unhappy and untame when I have tried to handle him. I havent changed his feeding schedule, or how often I have handled him. He always eats f/t mice and has never struck at me before. He still has never struck, but I feel that he may attempt to in the future if this behavioral change continues. Any suggestions?

It's gunna happen, regardless. It's like a snake in it's teen years, basically your going to have to deal with bites, it what you get with anacondas.
