? about turtles and plants

Cdp75 Dec 27, 2004 06:38 PM

I have this peace lily that was with our betta at work and the betta died. They all decided they didn't want another one so I brought the plant home. I'm not sure what to do with it yet.
I've been looking online to see if I could put it in the turtle tank but can't find any info.
Does anyone know if Peace Lily's are safe with false maps? They have some plants now and the tank would be a great place for it b/c of the lights and stuff.

I wouldn't put it in with turtles the link below says this about it:
PEACE LILY (Spathyphyllum spp.) entire plant; gastrointestinal tract affected by plant toxins; plant also causes dermatitis.
