Of topic picture, but thought I'd share my first ever boa love picture.... I adobpted these guys several months ago and nursed them back into health and it looks like they are greatful.

It is kind of difficult for our technical folks to address problems of this nature when members do not actually report the problem through our contact page. We cannot always guarantee that our volunteer moderators or staff will see member complaints directly on the forums themselves and pass them on to the tech people.
