Why is My BTS Beathing so heavily??

I just got a BTS and he is sneezing and breathing heavily, like he is "Huffing"?? Any suggestions?? I would post a pic if I knew how too, thanks!

The temps are 85-90 by the basking and 80 cool side. The humidity is about 47.

Definitely get your hot end up to 100 degrees, and try decreasing your humidity to about 35-40.

The hotter temperature in turn, will probably automatically get your humidity in check. Good luck!
