corylizardman Dec 28, 2004 12:24 AM

Hi guys ive had my pacman for about a month now and i feed him 1 pinkie a week and meal worms and stuff. But lately he will not eat anything but pinkies, how can i brake him of this habit. all he does is get scared. He has got the perfect tempatures. I think i might change his habititat from moss to coconut fiber because he cant really burrow in it. Plz tell me how to brake this habit, thank you.

YOUR'E SCREWED. Just playing. He can be broken if that is what you want. There is nothing wrong with feeding him pinkies though. There is always that good old fact that everything will eat sooner or later if it gets hungry enough. If you want to break him of his pinky habit, just dont feed him any pinkies until he starts accepting other foods. It may take a while but he will eat those crickets or mealworms sooner or later. I used to have one that would only feed on mealworms and pinks until she got bigger (huge) and then would only accept mice. Everything else was just a tease to her appetite since she was so large and she wouldnt touch it... good luck... Jon
