Hi well I have only just planted this grass about a week or so ago its already up to 7 inches in some spots. This stuff is great! LOL If your into natural enlcosures I highly recommend this stuff, we will see how it does long term. Of course you could'nt place larger snakes on it I suppose it would just get trampled. On a side note all of my boas are doing quite well so I have my fingers crossed!

I had that stuff in my chameleon cage for about 2 months. After that it died of quickly. Not sure why, maybe you'll have more luck. It doe look good in a cage tho and also gets longer then what you have right now.

Hi Stuart,
I am not sure what the product uses but I wonder if the millet seed in bird seed or rye grass seed would give you similar results? I have only big snakes the it would not work for me, but I am curious to see how it would work with some lizzards or frogs?
BTW the tank looks great, what lucky critter gets to call that home?
