heating a retic cage

ok the cage is built it is 96"x30"x24" my queastion is what is the best and or safest way to heat the cage?

Well a radient heat panel would do a good job. You could also use 25" flexwatt or a combo of the 2. If a cage that size it might be tough to keep the cool end warm enough unless the room is heated..
