Please don't do this. The general public does not respond well to snakes being 'taken for walks', etc. and this often leads to bad experiences and worse.
Properly housed ball pythons should not need to be aired out. They need to be warm and a bit humid anyway. Please go out and meet some other ball python owners in the park, but leave the snakes at home!

I know some of the problems could be because of either fear, orwanting to touch the snake, in both cases I suppose biting or worse could have happened.
I have also heard that compliants about reptiles can lead to high fines.
Do you think that if someone is not running around with snake on shoulders trying to be noticed, but just going to a quiet area in a park, it should definitely be avoided? Maybe be careful and transport the snake in something on the way there and back to be extra careful/sensitive?
My ball python is actually properly housed [male in 40 gallon breeder tank], and I have a fish&wildlife permit for it as well.
