soil for plants

hello everyone. just wondered what soil i should that doesn't have fertilizer in it? where can i purchase it? thanks Happy Holidays

Kind of hard to answer your question as we don't know where you are. I'd suggest talking to a good houseplant nursery (not just Home Depot etc...they usually don't have a clue) and tell them specifically what you will be using it for. You want sterilized potting soil without perlite (the little white fluffy pellets). I don't know if fertilizer is a problem, but you do want soil that has not been treated with systemic pesticides.
