Substrate question??

ejaquish Dec 29, 2004 03:07 AM

I am wondering what kind of substrate to put in my tank that I am building for two collareds. The tank is around 75 gallons so I am looking for something other than the 8$ sand at petco. I was reading on a site that washed toybox sand from can be used. Is that true??

I bought a big bag of washed sandbox sand at a place like ace hardware or home depot. Works just fine.
