NEED HELP PLEASE URGENT!!!!!!!!!

Hi everyone. I am interested in purchasing a male and female Het for Albino for a porject, but I needed to ask two things. 1) I was told that breeding two hets for albino will create a clutch of albinos. Is this true? and 2) Has anyone dealt with the company Tropical Herp's? I'd like to know how they are. If you can not post it here. Please contact me!

Thanks.

Breeding het to het will produce on average 25% Albino, 50% Het Albino, and 25% normal. You can't tell the difference between het and normal so this is where the 66% possible hets come in. As for Tropical Herp I'm not familiar with them.

Well if you are this impatient at this stage, watch out if you ever get to the breeding stage. Breeding ball pythons isn't quick and waiting a few weeks to make an informed decision will save you more time in the long run than jumping into things so quickly.

Your genetics question was already answered so I won't go into it and I have never heard of the breeder you referred to. You could try a search on the "forum that must not be named"

Hi again. Sorry, OK, so this was not really "urgent" but I posted Urgent because I can get a really good deal on two hets and just needed my questions answered. I just didn't want to miss out on this deal so I needed a responce quickly. I am really not an impatient person, and I fully realize the patience needed for breeding. I think some people would agree with me though about missing out..

Thanks.

but if the deal is too good, that might mean trouble. These kind of purchases should not be rushed if you ask me until you are well informed on who you are doing business with.

but good luck

Thanks a lot everyone. After thinking it over and taking into account what everyone had to email to me with info. (wink wink) I decided against it. I am sorry for wasting anyone's time or making myself look like a fool. But I figured the deal sounded too good and I agree with many of you that something like this can wait a little while longer.

Thanks for your help.
