Tadpole fungus

tdk Dec 29, 2004 03:27 PM

Just had my first Azureus tadpole die this morning. Looked fine last night then this morning it had a small fluffy looking patch of white (fungus?) around the mouth, like in a gel, then just now 4:30 the entire length of body. What should I do for next time to prevent? Black water extract?? Any help would be appreciated. Feedback from several people would be good.

Methylene blue, or peat chunks, or wild almond leaves, or Black water can all be used to help with fungus.
