Didn't see anything on snakes specifically at www.wildflorida.org/hunting/handbook/handbook10.htm#6d. However, corn snakes and pine snakes are listed as Species of Special Concern and so require special permits.

As far as I can tell, only the corns from the Keys are "protected".
You can "own" a pine, but can't buy/sell trade one. Amels are not covered by that however.

That covers a broad ranfe really.
You can collect most species, but there ARE a few that are protected or regulated in some way.
Keys corns for one.
Read up on the endangered species of FL as well.
Pine snakes are protected in as much as you may own a normal one but not buy/sell/trade one.
Of course, you should check all regs in the state(s) you are thinking of shipping to. GA is a no-no for most native colubrids.
You must possess a License to Sell/Exhibit Wildlife as well here.
A Field Guide to Reptiles and the Law may help.
FL Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission should have the answers you need as well.

I'm gonna have to add that to my site.
It's a little confusing on the pine snakes, though--I thought they were Species of Special Concern (which are prohibited from possession), but then they have a specific regulation allowing keeping of one non-albino.

The original regs are the same, you are allowed one pinesnake if you catch it or someone gives it to you, but it can't be bought or sold. However albinos are excepted from the reg,as I guess they assume they would be all cb.
