I saw one of the pics that you posted, "checkin me out" you called it. Anyway, i saw your heat lamp and it looked really nice and flush with the top panel. I put a hole in the top of my cage for Kiwi's lamp and it is siting on a piece of chicken wire but it looks like crap, how did you get it to stay like that???

Thanks, Mark

Hi Mark,

Actually it's not chicken wire. It's called "Hardware Cloth". It's much stiffer than chicken wire. I simply attached it with a staple gun. You should be able to find it at Home Depot or Lowes. It comes in plastic wrapped rolls. Our HD had it located outside in the lawn and garden department. If you ask for it, they may not know what you are talking about. When I asked 3 different people about it, they looked at me like I had a monkey growing out of the side of my head. Finally, I stumbled upon it. And there on the packaging were big white letters that read "HARDWARE CLOTH". go figure....

Thank you very much. This is just one of the many things i plan on doing to make Kiwis (fuctional) cage look nicer.
