Did you just have it shipped in? What are the surface temps and what kind of thermometer are you using to measure them? The main times I've seen this happen is when I've had something shipped in and someone used the wrong heat packs that get way too hot (hand warmers). My thought is that when this happens it kills off the gut flora and things start fermenting. A long soak in warm water will usually get them to fart. Acedophilas and Parazap have also helped in the past. I'm not sure what it will do to one that size but I know it can flat out kill babies if you can't get them deflated. Good luck to ya.

using a esu digital thermometer with probe temps are 112 basking and 84 cool side. i have a male also, same size, same cage setup, same diet, same everything except for bloating.

Do you have some Liquid Acidolphiliz+? if oyu do, get several drops into her and the bloating usually goes down within the hour.
