Hello. My friend, Ses01, posted a question for me about my new Ball Adult Male I got today. He is great. I just wanted to ask, when I purchased him I was told to feed him around 25% of his body weight of rats. Is this right? I just want to make sure he gets the right amount of food but not too much. Any help is great. Thanks a lot for the help about his age too.

Actually, you want to be feeding him prey that has a girth as wide or slightly wider than the widest portion of your python. That's the usual guideline. Now, he might eat more than one prey item this size at a time or not.
