I understand that 1 sq.ft. of floor space per foot of animal is the expected/humane requirement but I'm curious if that can be multi-leveled. I'm currently housing my 5ft. bullsnake in an enclosure with 4 rooms (converted entertainment stand). The "Living Room" is 26"x15" and about 24" tall. From there she can take her pick from 3 different equal sized rooms which are 15.5" x 18" x 8" tall which are adjacent to the main room and accessable both from the main room and from each other. She seems to enjoy the variety and actually uses them for different purposes. I'm hoping that this can be her long term enclosure but don't want to cramp her into a space that is really too small. Would love peoples thoughts on this.
