Eye Problem?

My bab's eye lid gets stuck to his actual eye at least once a day. What is the problem and what can I do to help the little guy out?

It sounds like an eye infection. Theres' no other good reason it would keep happening. He needs a vet and antibiotics. An untreated eye infection can blind and/or kill the little guy.
