light problems

my lights dont seem to work. idk. seems like i got a trillion over my cages but wen i check its like 70-80 in there. where can i get some good lights? thanks MIKE

In my experience the halogen bulbs produce quite a lot of heat. They are not that expensive at Home Depot and you can get ones specifically there that produce a tremendous amount.

My husband's 1000 watt work lamp in the garage can't even be plugged directly in the wall.

My lizards don't need lights that hot

The website is gearned towards Anoles, but the guy knows his stuff and a lot of the info there is transferable to any reptile.
