i have a baby jax. i usually keep the tempurature at the top 100 in his basking area at night it drops to 80. i try hard to keep the humidity above 50. im going to buy a humidifier next week. but he hasnt eaten lately and im starting to worry. does anyone got something good or bad to tell me? ill show pics of my set up and stuff later. thanks a lot.

I would lower the temp to about 90' at bask site, and 70ish at cage, and increase the humidity to near 75%, they are not a hot species, but somewhat cooler, and moister(word?)..

jacksons like it a lot cooler than most other chams...100 is way to hot, lower the basking to 80-85 tops. the rest of the cage should be in the mid 70's. also most caresheets say they should have a nighttime drop of like 10 degress but i find that very hard to do. as long as you can keep it a little cooler at nite i think its ok. the humidity should be higher too, around 75 percent.the humidifier will take care of that. if he still wont eat try changing up the food, chams can get bored with the same food everyday.

thanks a lot. ill change the humidity and temp but since hes a baby the local shop only carries pinhead crickets and mealworms. those are the smallest things they have that he can eat. hes just been lying around since yesterday. hes barely been moving, and his eyes are always closed. he just seems way too lazy.
