My gift to ME!

Conrad Dec 31, 2004 07:49 PM

Well, I went ahead and made my Christmas dreams come true! Check out what I got in the male this week...

1.2 Zaocys(Ptyas) korros
1.1 E. carinata (whats the new name for these guys?)
1.1 E. moellendorffi (is there a new name for these guys too?)
1.0 Coelegnathus radiata
0.1 Gonyosoma oxcephala,green/red...SHE'S HUGE!!! She's bigger than either of my current pair, and probably the healthiest import I've ever seen. Not a bad trade for originally order a CH baby that they turned out to be out of!

The only thing I would have loved to have gotten where Z. carinata and C. flavolineata, and that would have been great. Let's just hope that acclimation goes well and I can start producing some of these great animals. Oh, the radiata by the way, though not an amazing purchase, is going to be used to get fresh blood into my T negative albino project.

Oh boy, oh boy...lets shoot for the best. It's been a long road up untill now just acquiring these animals...so let's pray I'm blessed with a touch, and bit of luck eh?

(p.s.-a buddy is coming by tomorrow to snap some pictures for me...so I'll have some posted soon!)

According to Utiger
Elaphe carinata still stands
but Orthriophis moellendorffi is the new designation for the second.

Good luck and keep us up to date on your progress.

John
