My Red Tegu is about the same age as yours. I have Rufus in a 9.5(feet long) by 3(feet wide) by 3(feet tall). Bert Langerwerf at Agama International reccommends 32 square feet of floor space for an adult tegu. Draw up a plan. It took me several tries until I was satisfied. Go to your lumber yard or Home Depot if you have those. Put it all together with deck screws. You will need UVB lights on a timer and a heat lamp on a rheostat to control the temperature. I put sliding glass doors, like on a jewelry display case. The sliding glass doors and UVB lights were the most expensive items. Hope this helps.

welcome. Are you in Israel or from Israel? Are you going to be housing him indoors or outdoors? Wood is great but you might want to also consider PVC (plastic) if possible. It's not always practical but it works great. How big a cage are you planning on building?

Wood is probably the easiest. Dont use particle board. Marine plywood costs more but will be moisture proof. with wood you can use 4 X 8 sheets and have the lumber store cut it for you. I use PVC planks but they can be hard to find.
