Though I do not own one myself, they are among my favorite snakes. I can't afford one and don't have experience w/ breeding snakes, so I don't see one for me in the near future. If anyone else is in my position, or owns a bateater and wants to share pics/info tell me.

I know of someone who owns three of them currently, and is currently breeding them himself, as far as making them its usually unsuccessful, having a low fertility rate. I can give more info if needed..
