Wooden trash ie: piles of damp boards, under the bark of fallen trees, and under the bark of standing trees about waist level to around six foot especially in swamps, inside rotten logs and sometimes under household garbage in heavily wooded areas. At least that's where I could find them in LA., FL, GA., SC. Havn't tried in Alabama yet, but I'm sure you could find them in similar situations.
Here's my last find (from Tallahassee, Fl.) a 20" female
