I got these (1.2) this past week and they are amazing little guys. They have already fed on pinkies and seem to be acclimating well and are putting up with my photography....so they can't be that stressed I guess lol! These are my first 'rat' snakes and I look forward to their long stay with me

Hello,

Good luck with them. We also have CB 2004 (1,1). Where are they from? All of them coe from Tula Exotarium, the were the firts breeding them. Now they become more know. The ones we have eaten okee, the first times force feeeidng but after a few times normally nest mice. Yesterday we put them out of hibernation. Next week we start feeding, we also want to give them fish. Here is one of our beauty's.

These actually came from Pro Exotics and I believe they were initially from a zoo. They all have eaten pinks immediately and seem to be doing great. Is there problems sometimes getting these guys started? If there is.....thanks Pro Exotics for taking care of that aspect of the game lol! Beautiful picture by the way!

Great photo! I've got 1.1 (from Napa Valley Snakes and Pro Exotics) and they seem to be doing well. Good temperament and quite active at times. The male is taking fish scented pinks and the female is in shed (just received last week) so I haven't had the chance to feed her yet. They're neat snakes and I'm really looking forward to watching their color change from tan/grey to green over the next couple years.
Good luck with yours, sounds like you are off to a great start!
