RARE pastel pics....

BrandonSander Jan 01, 2005 10:20 PM

I just don't think enough people post pics of their pastels on KS. Plus, I bought a new camera about a week ago and promised to post pics but never got around to it. I love macro shots so here they are. I'm using a Kodak EasyShare CX7430 which is about $200 at Walmart or Best Buy.

Up close and personal.

This one isn't quite as focused as I wanted. I also cropped and resized all of these pics before uploading them.

Gotta love the blushing!

I had an easyshare and I could take 15 pictures, upload them and toss out my batteries.... I just got an olympus c 740

Takes 4 batteries rather than 2 and is a 3.2 meg camera and I so far have taken 85 pictures at 2.5 megs each and uploaded them without having to recharge my batteries yet. No snake pictures with it yet, I'll save the first for the spider next week.

But here is your pastel pic. Old but its all I have.

I was being sarcastic! LOL! Everyone posts pastel pics on this forum...now that I re-read my original post I see that the sarcasm didn't quite come through.

BTW, I have noticed that the batteries don't last long and the ones that came with the camera were worthless (they lasted a whole two hours). I haven't bought rechargable batteries yet, but batteries, socks, and underwear are the three things I can count on every Christmas so I'm stocked up for now.
