I know this isn't a milksnake forum but its the one im most regularly on, so i thought i would post my problem here as well.
I have no idea how, but my honduran milksnake got out of it's cage sometime last night. I need ANY tips anyone can give me on finding it. It should be in the same room as the rest of my snakes, but it is the only really small snake I have, and it could have gotten under the door. Anything at all you could tell me would be lifesaving (or snake-saving in this incident). I do not want to loose this amasing little fellow. Again thank you very mcuh for ANY ideas you have.

and work your way out. Don't forget to look up. I don't know about milk snakes, but baby boas are amazing climbers. We had one ecapee that we found in the dresser the container was sitting on, in between some of the papers in one of the drawers. That was AFTER we had taken a quick look through and didn't see her. An hour later I decided to REALLY look again and found her. She went behind the dresser and then up behind the drawers and into one of them.

So the only advice I can give is look EVERYWHERE and then look again.

Good Luck!!!!

i've only had one of my snakes, a ball python, escape; but he's done it like 8 times. almost every time he's been fairly close to his cage. look near a heat source, probably 4 out of those 8 times i found him streched out in the baseboard. good luck.

cheers,
pete
